80 min Initial Intake - $180.00
50 min Individual Session - $150.00
15 min Telephone Consult (In-Between Sessions) - $35.00 per 15 minutes
50 min Group Sessions (3-15 participants) - $300.00 per session
80 min Group Sessions (16-35 participants) - $500.00 per session

Cancellation Policy:
A full 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Missed or cancelled appointments are charged at the rate of the schedule appointment and will be charged to card on file with Apex Consulting & Wellness, PLLC or can also be paid by any accepted form of payment.
